Ward is a father of six and a three-time breast cancer survivor, first diagnosed in 1984 at age 23. Over the years, he’s faced multiple diagnoses and rounds of treatment with determination and support from loved ones. Proud to be cancer-free since 2005, Ward is now an active BCEA volunteer. He brings compassion and lived experience to every role he takes on. In his spare time, he enjoys restoring classic cars, building hot rods, and attending car shows.
