Gay Lynn Richards, DNP, RN, MPH

Gay Lynn has spent her career in oncology—first as a hospital-based nurse, and later as a clinical nurse specialist with the MN Department of Health’s Sage Screening Program. Volunteering with BCEA allows her to share critical knowledge with individuals, families, and communities. She is especially focused on increasing screening and awareness in underserved areas and building strong community partnerships. Gay Lynn chairs BCEA’s Outreach and Inclusion Committee and lives by the motto: “Together We Are Strong.” She enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren.
